Kelly Fox

As a result of my very mixed working life, which included the corporate world. I have experience in training and coaching employees and managers, care work with the elderly and terminally ill, animal assisted support and equine facilitated learning work with SEN children, vulnerable adults, people with mental health or addiction challenges, and corporate teams and leaders. Link all of that to my obsession with miniature horses and ponies (and all other animals!), and my passionate belief that horses are great teachers and have a truly positive impact on people lives...... Petite Ponies was born

Our Animal Team

Here at Petite Ponies we have 42 miniature ponies, two donkeys, a mule, goats, rabbits ferrets, guinea pigs ducks, chickens, cats and a number of sheep who get involved in all sorts of activities from alternative education, support and learning sessions, to attending events, care homes, being photography models, and going to shows. Here is a selection of the team

Shadow

Shadow is one of our much loved therapy horses, he has a big fan club and loves taking part in agility courses.

Jonnie

Jonnie has a wonderful personality, one of the therapy and party team. He loves going out and about visiting people in schools, hospitals and care homes.

Lucky

Little Lucky loves to be brushed in sessions, and enjoys running around his field after his sessions.

Bobby & Lugsy

Bobby and Lugsy are rescue donkeys. They used to go out visiting, but Bobby is now in his twenties, so he now prefers people coming to him for cuddles

PoPPY, Pearl,Priscilla, Pablo& Presley

Our girls have been here since they were babies. Poppy was hand reared here at Petite Ponies. Pablo was found extremely ill as a baby while out on a dog walk and was nursed back to health. Presley was going to be culled because of a club foot. Poppy, Presley and Pearl love a head scratch.

moby

Moby is our oldest mini pony team member at 25 years old. He just loves people and happily offers his nose for kisses.

Blaze

The gorgeous Blaze is part of the Therapy, Show and Photography team. A talented boy

Mint

Mint is the largest of the therapy team. He was rehomed from the wonderful British Spotted Pony Welfare Organisation. He fitted in with the team really well, and is best friends with the donkeys.

Clive & Alfie

Clive and Alfie are two of our funny, friendly pygmy goats. They came from a hobby farm to keep another goat company as babies. We have five other rescue goats too
